The Road There
From Chambéry or Lyon, the route runs the A43 and A430 past Albertville, then the Tarentaise valley to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, from where a funicular or the resort road climbs to the Arc villages.
From Geneva, the drive follows the A41 and A43 past Annecy and Chambéry before joining the same route.
Winter tyres or chains are compulsory equipment in the Savoie department in winter; Vezzora's vehicles carry them.
Arriving in Les Arcs
Les Arcs' villages are reachable by road year-round in normal conditions; Vezzora drops you at your accommodation's address directly.
Bourg-Saint-Maurice at the valley floor also has a funicular railway up to Arc 1600, mainly used by train arrivals rather than road transfers.
Weekend Travel
Saturdays can take one to two hours longer than weekdays. Mornings are faster than afternoons, and traffic builds on the N90 between Albertville and Moûtiers during the Saturday changeover.
