How far in advance should I book?
At least 24 hours. During peak Alpine season (December–April) and summer on the Riviera, we recommend 48–72 hours; during the busiest winter weeks (Christmas, New Year, February half-term), book earlier if you can.
What is included in the price?
Fuel, tolls, parking, meet & greet at airports, luggage assistance, Wi-Fi, and complimentary water. No hidden fees. Weekend (+30%) and night (+20%, 22:00–06:00) surcharges are shown in your quote before you book.
What vehicles do you offer?
Mercedes V-Class for up to 7 passengers. Renault Trafic for up to 8 passengers with maximum luggage space, including ski equipment.
How do I pay?
Full payment is required in advance via a secure payment link. No cash required on the day.
Which airports do you serve for Alpine transfers?
Geneva (GVA), Lyon (LYS), Chambéry (CMF), Grenoble (GNB), Turin (TRN) and Milan Malpensa (MXP).
Is the transfer price fixed?
Yes. The price is confirmed before travel and does not change due to traffic or road conditions. If your flight is delayed, the first 60 minutes of waiting are free; beyond that, additional waiting time is charged.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust pickup to the actual landing time. The first 60 minutes of waiting are free, counted from your flight's scheduled arrival time. Beyond that, additional waiting time is charged.
Can you carry skis and snowboards?
Yes. The Mercedes V-Class carries up to 3 ski bags when configured for equipment. The Renault Trafic carries ski equipment inside the vehicle alongside passengers.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Child seats and boosters are free of charge, on request. Please specify the number and age of children when booking.
How much luggage can each vehicle carry?
Mercedes V-Class: up to 7 large bags. Renault Trafic: up to 8 large bags plus ski equipment inside.
Do you operate on Saturdays and Sundays?
Yes. A 30% weekend surcharge applies on Saturdays and Sundays, and a 20% night surcharge applies between 22:00 and 06:00. Both are shown in your quote before you book.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Book your outbound and return transfer together and receive 5% off the total. The discount is applied automatically in the quote.
Do you provide transfers from Turin and Milan to the French Alps?
Yes. We operate from Turin (TRN) and Milan Malpensa (MXP) to all major Alpine resorts.
