Information We Collect

When you request a quote or make a booking, we collect the information you provide directly: pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, passenger count, baggage and child seat requirements, any special requests, and your name, email address, and phone number.

When you complete a payment, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How We Use It

Your information is used to arrange and confirm your transfer, calculate pricing, monitor your flight where relevant, communicate booking updates, and send a confirmation once payment is received. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who We Share It With

Booking and contact details are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Route and distance calculations use the Google Maps Platform. Each of these providers processes data only as needed to deliver the service, under their own privacy and security terms.

Data Retention

Booking records are retained for as long as needed for service delivery, accounting, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
