The Road There
From Chambéry or Lyon, the route runs the A43 and A430 past Albertville, then climbs the Tarentaise valley on the D915/D91 through Moûtiers and Bozel to Courchevel.
From Geneva, the drive follows the A41 and A43 south past Annecy and Chambéry before joining the same Tarentaise route through Albertville and Moûtiers.
The final climb from Moûtiers to Courchevel 1850 gains around 1,300 metres of altitude in a series of switchbacks. Winter tyres or chains are compulsory equipment in France in the Savoie department during winter; Vezzora's vehicles carry them.
Arriving in Courchevel
Courchevel 1850 is the main resort centre, with hotels and chalets reachable by road year-round in normal conditions. Courchevel 1300 (Le Praz), 1550 and 1650 sit lower down the same access road.
Vezzora drops you at your accommodation's address directly; unlike some higher Tarentaise resorts, Courchevel's villages are not pedestrian-only, so there is no separate shuttle or transfer stage.
Weekend Travel
Saturdays can take one to two hours longer than weekdays. Mornings are faster than afternoons, and traffic builds on the N90 between Albertville and Moûtiers during the Saturday changeover.
If you're travelling on a Saturday during the Three Valleys' peak weeks, allow at least one extra hour beyond whatever Google Maps or Waze shows.
